Why Fostech
FosTecH is a family shop in Seymour, Indiana. It's known for two things: the Echo binary trigger and the mag fed Origin-12 shotgun. It also sells Raptor AR-15s, pitched as one of the lightest ARs on the market.
The Echo AR-II has safe, semi and an Echo mode that fires once on the pull and once on the release. It costs about $480 and goes in a mil-spec lower.
Fit is fussy. You need a full auto cut bolt carrier, an H buffer helps, and it won't work in large pin lowers, some polymer lowers or receivers with a sear block. Every sale is final, with no refunds or returns.
An Echo runs about $380 against roughly $170 for the typical trigger, the price of a binary. We'd buy one only after checking your lower, carrier and state law, since you can't send it back.
