BCM BCG is the standard against which other BCGs get measured. Phosphate carrier, nitrided 158 carpenter bolt, properly staked gas key. Smooth cycle from the first round even out of the box without lubrication. Wouldnt run anything else for duty use.
Another BCM BCG, theyre still my go-to. Bolt is shot peened and HPT/MPI marked. Carrier has the correct phosphate finish on the exterior and chrome lined inside the gas port. Gas key staking is properly done from the factory. Standard auto cut. Reliable.
BCM ships their BCGs with M16 cut which lets you drop in any future trigger configuration. Carrier is full auto profile with the additional mass for proper timing. Gas key bolts are staked from the factory with consistent shovel staking on both sides. Reliable choice.
BCM full auto M16 BCG, carrier dimensions are correct, gas key staked from the factory with shovel staking on both sides. The 8620 carrier is properly nitrided. Bolt is shot peened and HPT/MPI tested. Ran clean through a wet weekend without issues.
BCM BCG locks up tight on a milspec barrel extension. Bolt face gauged correctly with a Forster GO/NO-GO set. Gas rings have proper tension, no excessive blow-by during cycling. Standard BCM quality.

BCM bcg has been bombproof in my SBR build. Manganese phosphate finish takes a beating, cycles wet, dry, dirty, doesnt matter. Staked gas key is correct from the factory. M16 cut so I can drop in an auto sear or just leave it semi. No issues at 1500 rounds.
