Talley
Overview
The Talley 950700LM is a fixed-height scope mount designed for Sauer 100 Long Action receivers. It provides a 20 MOA cant, allowing for extended elevation adjustment range for the optic. The mount is machined from aluminum and accommodates optics with a 1-inch main tube diameter. GPP build data shows this mount is specifically used on Sauer 100 Long Action rifle builds. Given its fixed design and 20 MOA cant, it is typically paired with long-range precision optics. Builders on GPP commonly pair this mount with rifles chambered in cartridges like 6.5 Creedmoor or .300 Win Mag.
Pros
- +Fixed mount design provides a rigid optic platform.
- +20 MOA cant is integrated for extended elevation adjustment, a feature found on a segment of GPP's optic mounts.
- +"High" mount height is the most common height option in the GPP catalog.
Trade-offs
- −This mount is designed for 1" optic tube diameters, which is a less common option compared to the 30mm diameter mounts that are most prevalent in the GPP catalog.
