True North Concepts makes the GripStop, an M-LOK hand stop that sits between a vertical grip and a flat stop. It's polymer and made in the USA.

The standard GripStop sells for about $15, and the shorter GripStop K is glass reinforced polymer at about 0.7 oz with hardware. Both bolt to any M-LOK slot, on carbines, SMGs or shotguns.
