Faxon 16 inch .223 Wylde match barrel had a tight fit to the upper receiver, took some persuasion to seat the barrel extension properly. Once installed groups consistently sub MOA with match handloads. Quality stainless steel barrel.
Faxon 16 inch .223 Wylde barrel shoots accurately, sub MOA with match ammo. The profile is heavier than I expected for a match barrel, more government contour weight than pencil profile. Stainless with nitride. Solid match accuracy.
Faxons 16 inch 223 Wylde match barrel shoots 5.56 and .223 cleanly with no pressure issues. Stainless steel with the black nitride coating handles heat well. Crowned muzzle is square. Headspace gauged correctly out of the box. Sub-MOA with 77gr smk handloads from my AR.
