Why Polymer80

Polymer80 was a Dayton, Nevada company that made unfinished polymer pistol frames you finished with hand tools into Glock compatible guns. The PF940V2, PF940C, PF940SC, PF9SS and PF45 covered most Glock sizes.

The company shut down on July 25, 2024, after years of lawsuits, including ones from Los Angeles, Baltimore and Washington, D.C. Since the 2022 ATF frame rule, buy build shoot style kits count as firearms, so they need serial numbers and a background check.

What's left is old stock, and there's no factory support or warranty behind it. Check your state's law before buying anything 80 percent. We'd buy a current serialized frame instead.
