Aero Precision mid length melonite gas tube is a real upgrade over a parkerized tube. Melonite resists carbon. Pin holes line up correctly. Cycles consistently on a 16 inch carbine. Black finish matches mil-spec uppers well.
Aero Precisions melonite mid length gas tube works fine on a 16in build. Pin holes lined up with my Aero gas block. Black finish from melonite resists carbon buildup. No discoloration visible after about 800 rounds.
