Switched from an H2 to this Spikes T2 tungsten buffer to slow down the bolt and smooth the cycle on a suppressed SBR. Felt recoil dropped noticeably. The tungsten weights inside dont rattle which I appreciate. Fits any milspec carbine receiver extension.
