The Strike Industries mag catch works mechanically as expected. Drops mags freely when pressed. Finish has more of a flat matte look than the satin look shown in the product photos. Not a deal breaker but not what I expected for the price.

Strike Industries Strike mag catch in black is a great upgrade from a milspec mag catch. Larger button face for easier press. Drops in any milspec lower with the standard catch spring. Black anodize matches SI lowers well.
