Builders reached for Brownells mostly for bolt carrier group parts. The most added single part was the M16 Mil-Spec MP BOLT CARRIER GROUP, taking the top spot from the Brownells M4 Buttstock Black.
Stocks and braces were the busiest Brownells category in August: 20 products came back in stock, several more than once.

Brownells ranked #70 of 301 brands on GunPartPicker in July 2026, just behind Fab Defense, with about 1 in every 333 parts builders added. Down from #63 in June. Builders reached for Brownells mostly for bolt carrier group parts. The most added single part was the Brownells AR-15/M16 Mil-Spec Buffer Tube 6 Position, on top again this month.
Bolt carrier groups were the busiest Brownells category in July: 18 products came back in stock, several more than once. Demand for upper receivers slipped about 37% on June.
