Why Triarc Systems
TRIARC Systems is a Mansfield, Texas shop started in September 2013 by a former 82nd Airborne paratrooper. It builds AR rifles and pistols mainly for police and professional shooters, and also does Cerakote and custom work.
The parts you'd buy are TRACK barrels and TRILOK handguards. A 13.9 inch TRACK 2.0 barrel in 5.56 runs about $315, the TRACK 3.0 in 6.5 Creedmoor for AR-10 about $589, and the seven sided M-LOK TRILOK handguard $249 to $300.
Complete guns include TSR-15S uppers from about $865, the IOP Patrol Rifle at $1,699 and the SPR 2 at $2,890. There's also the Ambi Sledgehammer charging handle at about $80.
This is small shop pricing, so expect to pay more than for a mass market barrel. We'd look at a TRACK barrel if you want a duty style build from a smaller maker.
