SIG Romeo MSR Gen II red dot paired with the JULIET3 3x magnifier is a budget-friendly LPVO alternative. The dot is crisp and the parallax is acceptable for close work. Magnifier flips to the side cleanly. Zero held across a 500 round day. Decent kit for the price point.
