This finish also helps reduce friction and wear, which is particularly beneficial for high-use builds. You’ll often find this bolt catch in mid-length gas system builds chambered in 5.56 NATO, where reliability and performance are key.

WMD NiB-X bolt catch is 10/10 for a NiB themed build. The slick NiB coating matches my WMD BCG. Mechanically perfect with smooth pivot action. Drops in any milspec lower with the standard catch spring.
