everything you need to add a forward assist to a stripped upper, even the roll pin. detent and spring are included. nitride finish on the assist looks better than a basic phosphate
CMMG forward assist kit is a great upgrade over the basic assembly that comes with a stripped upper. Spring tension is correct, pawl movement is smooth. Roll pin alignment was straightforward. Drops in with the right punch.

CMMG forward assist kit has slightly different black anodize than my CMMG receiver in direct light. Mechanically perfect, spring tension is correct, pawl moves smoothly. Drop in install with the included roll pin.
