timed easy with a peel washer, sits clocked correct with the prongs at the corners. flash signature at dusk is minimal, no fireball that i could see during a low light range trip. price to performance is hard to beat
KAK Industry Saw flash hider is exactly what I wanted for visible flash reduction. The serrated saw profile vents gas in a controlled pattern. 1/2x28 threading was true. Crush washer indexed cleanly to 12 oclock. Budget price for real performance.
KAK Saw flash hider reduces recoil noticeably on a 16 inch 5.56 carbine. Side blast indoors is rough though - I would not run it next to other shooters in a covered range. Outside its less of an issue. Effective flash reducer.
KAK Industry Saw flash hider drops flash signature dramatically. Install was straightforward with a crush washer, indexed to 12 oclock first try. 1/2x28 threading was true. Budget price for a real flash reducer.
