Samson Manufacturing picatinny grenade-style medium VFG has the textured profile reminiscent of a grenade. Free float - no contact with the barrel. Length is right for c-clamp grip. Polymer is reinforced and grippy without abrading skin.
Samson grenade-style VFG is lightweight as advertised but the anti-rotation tabs needed some filing to seat flush in my M-LOK slots. Took about 5 minutes with a small file. Once sized correctly it locks tight to the rail.
