muzzle climb is noticeably reduced on a 14.5 with this comp vs an A2. side blast is heavier than a pure flash hider but reasonable for a brake/comp hybrid. shooters next to me at the line noticed
flash signature in low light is minimal, way less fireball than an A2. integrates with a surefire suppressor mount for QD can attachment. install with crush washer was straightforward, timed at the corners
Surefire Warcomp 556 is quieter to the shooter than I expected for a comp. Recoil reduction is real on a 16in carbine. Three top ports vent gas up. Threads true to 1/2x28. Pairs with Surefire suppressors as a mount.
Surefire Warcomp 556 reduces recoil meaningfully and pairs with their suppressors. Side blast indoors is rougher than a simple A2 flash hider. Outdoors no issue. Top tier muzzle device for the price.
