Why Bond Arms

Bond Arms has made stainless double barrel derringers in Granbury, Texas since 1995. Greg Bond added a trigger guard, rebounding hammer, retractable firing pins and a crossbolt safety to the old design.

The trick is swappable barrels. One frame takes barrels from .380 ACP and 9mm up to .357 Magnum, .45 Colt and .410, .44 Magnum and .45-70, so a .45 GAP barrel turns the same gun into another caliber.

A derringer holds two rounds and kicks hard in big calibers. We'd buy extra barrels if you already own a Bond frame, not as a first carry gun.
