Why GGG AMMO
GGG is a state owned Lithuanian factory that loads NATO qualified ammo. It makes its own cores, bullets, cases and cups.
In the US you'll see brass case M193: a 55 grain FMJ boat tail at about 2,988 fps, with a sealed, non corrosive Boxer primer. It ran about 53 cents a round by the box in early October. M80 .308 ball is the other common load.
It's real military spec ball, so it's a good stand in for training. We'd buy GGG M193 by the case when it beats the domestic brands on price.
