Why Fm Products
FM Products is the short name for Foxtrot Mike, a value AR company that builds around one idea: good parts at a blue collar price. It's also where the bufferless Monolith came from.
The Monolith is a side charging rifle with a one piece barrel, built in gas block and muzzle device, and an AR-10 sized bolt face. It uses fewer parts than an AR-15 and weighs less than most bufferless setups.
The rest of the line is Mike 15 rifles and uppers, Mike 102 lowers, the Mike 9 9mm carbine and the ISU-9 PCC, plus handguards and builder kits.
Bufferless parts are less common, so spares are harder to find. We'd try the Monolith if you want a folding stock, and stick to a standard AR if you want parts at every store.
