BCM tube is the benchmark for what a mil spec extension should be. QD socket is positioned right for a single point sling from carrier shoulder strap. cheek weld with a CTR or MOE-SL is comfortable for long sessions
standard 6 position mil spec receiver extension from BCM, quality is BCM tight. threads were properly cut, castle nut threaded down without thread lock prep. position detents hold a stock firm with no rattle
BCM mil-spec 6 position buffer tube drops into a milspec lower with a standard castle nut. Anodize is the matte black BCM uses on their parts. Integrated QD socket holds a sling tight. Six positions detent positively.
BCM mil-spec 6 position buffer tube has the standard QD socket. The adjustment release on the stock was stiff for the first week of use before loosening up. Now slides positively. Threads to a milspec castle nut.
