Daniel Defense
Overview
The Daniel Defense 5.56mm NATO 11.5" Government Barrel Assembly features a carbine-length gas system and a 1:7 twist rate, making it well-suited for stabilizing a range of bullet weights, from lighter varmint rounds to heavier projectiles. The 11.5-inch length strikes a balance between maneuverability and ballistic performance, ideal for close-quarters engagements while still providing effective range. This barrel is commonly found in compact builds, such as SBRs (Short Barreled Rifles) and PDWs (Personal Defense Weapons), where both reliability and efficiency are essential.
