Phase 5 90 degree ambi safety in black has worked reliably on my Phase 5 lower. Both sides activate with identical detent feel. Black anodize matches their lower well. Standard milspec install. No issues to report after several months of use.
Phase 5 ambi safety works as a standard 90 degree ambi. The package didnt include the detent and spring which is unusual at this price. Had to scavenge from another part. Once together the function is correct.
Phase 5 90 degree ambi safety installs like a standard ambi but the detent spring required a small adjustment to seat properly - the package instructions did not mention this. Once installed both sides function with positive detent.

Phase 5 ambi safety is a traditional 90 degree throw on both sides. Lever sizes are matched for a consistent feel. Black anodize matches a basic black receiver. Cheaper than the Geissele ambi options without being chintzy. Drops into any milspec lower.
