Michigan's machine gun law
“A machine gun or firearm that shoots or is designed to shoot automatically more than 1 shot without manual reloading, by a single function of the trigger.”
Michigan has no binary trigger statute; its machine gun ban counts shots per function of the trigger. SB 224, which would add multiburst trigger activators, is stuck in House Government Operations, so nothing reaches binaries today.
