Advanced Technology X1 grip has the internal storage compartment that closes tight with the rubber gasket. The recoil reducing claim is mostly marketing but the grip ergonomics are good. Polymer is sturdy.
Advanced Technology X1 recoil reducing grip is solid in hand but the mounting screw was slightly stripped on arrival - took some effort to thread cleanly. Once installed it holds the grip securely. Storage compartment in the base works as advertised.
